RETURN & EXCHANGE
We are a happy and friendly Sundarii tribe striving hard to give you a delightful experience.
Please note that our team at Sundarii works tirelessly to provide you the best of the Sustainable fashion quality products at affordable prices. We suggest it's important if you go through the points mentioned below before you plan to exchange or return any of our products:
- All the products at Sundarii are exclusively handmade by artisans, craftsmen, weavers and tribal women based out of remote craft clusters in India. Hence the irregularity in stitches, colors and prints that you notice are not errors but a confirmation of the authenticity of your products being handmade and not machine made.
- Differences in colors might be the result of the technical variations and the color settings on all the different screens could vary (computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices). Thus the color of the product that you see online might slightly differ from what it looks to be offline. We do our best efforts to share the closest real and natural pictures of all our products.
- The weather conditions plays a critical and important role in the making of hand block prints and natural dyes. Thus a slight variation in the prints and colors may happen depending on the prevalent weather conditions at that point of time and we don't consider these variations as defects.
- A slight weaving inconsistencies or small holes in fabric is an intricate part of handmade process and cannot be considered as defects.
- It is important that you keenly read the product descriptions before placing an order.
The below exchange and return guidelines are specific to the orders placed by the customers based outside India:
- The cancellation request if any need to be placed within 24 hours of placing the order. Any cancellation request post 24 hours of placing order will not be considered. Please note Payment gateway charges via RazorPay/PayPal will be deducted from the order value refund.
- If you are not satisfied with the product quality after receiving, you can return the product within 7 days. You need to bear the shipping charges for sending the product back to our location in India. Upon the receipt of the product from you, we will refund the amount or give you Sundarii credits which can be used later. Please note the refund amount would be only for the products and not for the shipping charges incurred at the time of placing the order.
- Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team. Please make sure that the original product tag is intact when you courier it back to us.
- If you receive any defective, damaged or wrong product, please inform us within 48 hours of the receipt of the product by emailing us at care@sundariihandmade.com with your Order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect. We will either refund the amount of the defective product or provide you Sundarii credit note. Please note we will not send any product replacement.
- The International Shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Due to the factors beyond our control, we, unfortunately, do not have an exchange policy for international customers. However, if you have a special case, we would be happy to discuss it over an email and arrive at a best effort solution. In the end, your satisfaction and delight is our prime motto.
- Please note that in case of shipping outside India, customs duties and local taxes may have to be paid by customers to our shipping partner at the time of shipment delivery. The amount of duties depend on the policies of your destination country. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs.
List of Non-Returnable or Non-Exchangeable Products
- Custom made and Pre order products
- Altered products as per the specifications/measurements provided by you
- Sarees ordered with fall and edging
- Products that are purchased in any sale / promotion organized by Sundarii Handmade
- Products which were identified/marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable at the time of purchase
- Accessories, including scarves, wallets, bags etc.
Pre order Policy
As Sundarii products are loved across the globe, there are high possibilities that some products are sold out quickly but are available on pre order basis. Please read below before you book a product on pre order:
- Before placing an order, please go through the product description to check if it is available on pre order
- On an average it may take 3-4 weeks for the products to be ready, however it is highly dependent on the local and weather conditions at our artisans, weavers and craftsmen location.
- Please note there might be delays due to unforeseen circumstances or reasons beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding as the weather conditions plays a critical and important role in the making of handmade products.
- We are not responsible to compensate for any delays with pre order fulfillment. However, you can opt for a different product readily available at that point of time in the case of severe delays.
